Nexus CX Partners
About
Vendor-neutral buyer guidance for teams choosing CX and contact-center technology.
What Nexus CX Partners is
Nexus CX Partners is a buyer-side publication for teams evaluating customer-experience and contact-center technology. We sit between buyers and the vendors they assess — publishing the buyer guides, comparison frameworks, RFP tooling, and selection checklists we wish every evaluation team had before it started.
We are not an analyst firm, and we are not a reseller. We do not take finder's fees, and we do not sell "leader" placements. Our only job is to help a buying team ask better questions, run a cleaner process, and reach a decision it can defend.
Who we write for
Enterprise and mid-market evaluation teams: CX and service leaders, contact-center operations, procurement, and the IT and analytics partners who share ownership of a selection. If you are staring at a long-list of platforms and a blank RFP, you are who we write for.
How we cover vendors
- We are vendor-neutral. When we name a vendor, we describe it plainly and on equal footing with its peers. We do not rank vendors as "best"; the right choice depends on your requirements, not our opinion.
- We do not invent product specifics. Our vendor descriptions stay at the level that is publicly plausible and generally true of a category. Where something matters to your decision, we tell you to verify it in a demo or proof of concept — not to take our word for it.
- Editorial is never for sale. Sponsorship can support the publication, but it never buys coverage, placement, or a kinder description. Anything sponsored is labeled as such. See our advertising page for exactly what sponsorship does and does not include.
How we work
- We publish under the Nexus CX Partners Editorial byline, and we do not invent authors or credentials.
- We date everything honestly and correct mistakes visibly when we get something wrong.
- We show our method. Our frameworks and scorecards are meant to be copied, adapted, and used — take them into your own process.
