Nexus CX Partners
How we evaluate
The evaluation standards behind every Nexus CX Partners buyer guide.
Buyer-side, always
Nexus CX Partners writes for the buyer. Our guides, comparison frameworks, and vendor cards are built to help evaluation teams ask better questions — not to steer them to a foregone conclusion. No vendor pays for placement in our guidance, and no vendor sees it before you do.
Evidence standards
Where we reference market research — Gartner's Magic Quadrant work, Forrester Wave evaluations, Everest Group's PEAK Matrix, IDC MarketScape — we name and link the program so your team can consult the original. We do not republish analyst content or quote figures we cannot attribute. Capability descriptions come from vendors' public documentation, described in plain terms.
Vendor references
When a guide names vendors, they are real companies linked via their real domains, presented as examples of a category rather than endorsements. Fit depends on your requirements; that's why our frameworks emphasize the questions to ask over the answer to copy.
How our desk works
Our editorial desk uses AI tools in drafting. The standards above — buyer-side framing, attributable evidence, vendor neutrality — are enforced on every piece before it ships, under the desk's responsibility.
Corrections
If a guide misstates a capability or a market fact, tell us via the contact page. We verify against public documentation and correct in place.
